1. Product introduction
ZJC-10B Ultra Precision Diamond Cone CNC Turning Lathe is a special equipment developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd., which is a national high-tech enterprise. It aims at machining the cone parts of nonferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, with nanometric accuracy.
FeaturesEquipped with Mitsubishi CNC system, especially suitable for the ultra precision machining of nonferrous metal cone parts.High precision servo driven system with vibration isolation and noise reduction mechanism is adopted to effectively improve the machining accuracy and stability of the turning lathe. Surface roughness of the machined cone parts is less than 10 nm (The materials must be exclusive to our company).Ultra precision air bearing spindle is used, making a smooth operation and effectively improving the spindle rotation accuracy.Simple to use, engineered for high productivity and high stability. The machining efficiency is less than 120 seconds per unit (cone mirror diameter of 9 mm). The diameter of the cone parts can range from 4 mm to 40 mm. The machining consistency is better than 80% (according to the given machining technology).

3. After-sale services
1) The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months after acceptance. If the product shows any quality problem under warranty, our company is responsible for repairing, replacing or returning, and we will take all the expenses incurred. If the product accords with the condition of replacement or refund, the buyer has the right to make a replacement or refund request to our company in accordance with the contract.
2) Under warranty, our company will response to the buyer within 12 hours after receiving the equipment failure notification, the buyer can deal with it by oneself under the guidance of our company. If the buyer cannot eliminate the failure, our company will send professional(s) for on-site maintenance within 48 hours. Our company will provide accessories and maintenance free of charge if the failures are not caused by the buyer's misoperation, and all the expenses incurred shall be borne by the seller. However, if the buyer operates the equipment mistakenly within the warranty period, or the failures occurs beyond the warranty period, the buyer shall bear the expenses, and the immediate response and on-site service time can also be guaranteed by us.
4. Value-added servicesOur company provides a full set of training and machining technology service support, namely: turn-key project.1) Provide training and the standardized document for training. Provide technical training services for the buyer's operators and equipment maintenance managers, until the buyer can operate the equipment safety and properly and ensure the efficiency of the qualified products. Training content includes equipment principle, structure performance, safety attentions, operation method, daily maintenance, common problem solutions, considerations, etc..
2) Provide the standardized documents for production. Provide optimizing production technology of the whole process, including production process, processing technology, use and storage of the cutting tools and fixtures, quality control, cleaning technology and time, test standard, finished production packaging, packaging identification, commodity name, specification, quantity, manufacture date , warehouse, etc..
3) provide the standardization for cone mirror inspection. Mark the illustration (product & light phenomenon graphs), inspection items, inspection methods, inspection instrument, measured data, criterion, etc..
5. Supply cycle
Supply within 45 days after signing the contract and receiving the down payment.
6. Payment
T/T. 50% deposit within 5 days after signing the contract, 45% before delivery, and payoff the rest within 5 days after acceptance. (30 days for checking)

Installation environment and requirements
1. Installation site
1) There must be a fixed power supply in the equipment installation site, which meets the relevant requirements of the country, temporary power supply is forbidden. Ensure that the equipment has good grounding protection.
2) The installation site must have a stable air source. The compressed air must be dry and clean, meeting the relevant requirements of the country. Air flow should be greater than 300 L/min.
3) The installation site needs to be far away from the highway and other places where may occur mechanical vibrations. An independent foundation with an vibration isolation trench is necessary. The width of the vibration isolation trench is 150-200mm, the foundation thickness is more than 2000 mm. It needs to lay some sawdust and fine sand at the bottom of the foundation.
(Notes: A full set of technical drawings of the vibration isolation foundation are provided.)
4) The equipment must not be installed in the radiation environment, such as microwave, ultraviolet, laser or X ray. To ensure the machining accuracy of the turning lathe, reduce the temperature difference surrounding the equipment, please do not install the equipment in the conditions including direct sunlight, high humidity, large temperature difference, vibration, high-intensity magnetic field, dusty etc..
2. Operation environment
1) Use the equipment on the condition of constant temperature of 22 °C. Variation of temperature should be not more than 1 °C. (A inner-loop air conditioner need to be used to control the temperature)
2) Control the environmental humidity to 45-55%. (A dehumidifier need to be used under humid climate)
Attention: During the work, keep the air conditioner and the dehumidifier in working, do not shut them down. Since the spindle is an ultra precision air bearing spindle, during holidays, the environmental humidity should still be kept below 50%. Make the spindle rotating for more than 10 minutes in the morning and evening respectively as much as possible.
3. Main power supply requirements

5) The incoming line of the main power supply should be equal or more than 4 squares of copper wire. The power supply is three-phase four-wire. Three live wires are connected to the upper of the master switch , one earth wire is connected to the ground pile.
6) It is strictly forbidden to lead the main power supply to the machine tool from the distributor of interference source (such as the distributor for electric welder and EDM machine tool), which may affect the normal operation of the CNC system.
